We are now a 'LTD' with a 'TM', an 'MVP', a '.com', an 'SEIS'...

Starting up means a lot of basics have to be covered, in due time.

On the 1st of November 2018, Immersionn is a limited company ('LTD'). It is also an approved trademark ('TM') and we have secured our Immersionn.com domain name.

In the past couple of months we've also published the first version of our website, created social medias handles with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and started to test and learn our social medias tactics.

We have a Minimum Viable Product ('MVP') and setup our development approach to 'Agile' using Jira

We have received Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme ('SEIS') advanced assurance which offers great tax efficient benefits to investors. And we are working towards being 'EIS' ready.

In other words, we have got our basics in order, with more to come in due course!
